🔁 Returns & Cancellations

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are possible within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
1. The product is returned with all original components and packaging in its original condition.
2. The item shows only normal handling; any damage due to mishandling is not eligible.
3. Items related to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
4. Defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt.
5. Return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
6. Returns are processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be confirmed within that period.

⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product appears to have been used or damaged in a way that was not our responsibility.


📦 How to initiate a return

If your return meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to: info@comfyelínea.com
2. Include the following details in your message:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• A clear photo of the product (in case of damage)
• Your full name
• Your shipping address

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Important: Do not return items to the sender’s address. Returns sent there will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.


📜 Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the following terms (in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws):

A. Cancellation Policy
• You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
• The cancellation applies only to private customers (not businesses).

Please note:
Due to our fully automated processing system, orders are immediately prepared for dispatch, and cancellations cannot be made once the order is in transit. You must first receive the goods and then proceed with a return if desired.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:
• Notify us by email with a clear statement of cancellation (e.g., written notice via email).
• Your cancellation will be complete once we receive the returned items.
• The buyer bears the return shipping costs.

Shipments Already in Transit

Our products are shipped from Asia, so longer transit times may occur.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled mid-transit. In that case, please wait to receive the package and then return it. You may still notify us in advance of your intent to cancel.

For a smooth return process, please provide a shipping confirmation once you’ve sent the product back.


💸 Refunds

Upon successful withdrawal:
• We will refund your payment (excluding any extra delivery fees for non-standard shipping methods) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation and returned goods.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for your original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
• You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
